Job summary

Dover Court International School in Singapore seeks a Head of Secondary to provide visionary leadership for the Secondary School, inspiring students and staff to achieve exceptional outcomes while fostering care, inclusion, and aspiration. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
PGCE, QTS or international teaching qualification.
Proven track record with at least 5–7 years in a school leadership role.
Experience in Nord Anglia Education or similar high-performing international schools is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic leadership and uphold the school mission and vision.
Build high-performing teams and support staff development.
Oversee safeguarding and student wellbeing.
Strategically plan for continual improvement of the Secondary School.
Ensure rigorous curriculum delivery across English National Curriculum, IB, GCSE, and BTEC.
Monitor teaching quality through observations and data, and drive improvement.
Maintain strong community engagement and clear parent communication.
Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions and Communications to attract students.
Manage the Secondary School budgets and resources.
