Job summary

International French School (Singapore) seeks a visionary Head of School for the English International Stream (EIS). This founding role shapes strategic leadership, curriculum expansion, and accreditation across Early Years to Secondary, ensuring a seamless, bilingual pathway that supports global university access.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Education or related field.
• Recognised teaching qualification and leadership credentials.
• Minimum 10 years international school teaching/leadership experience.
• 5+ years senior leadership in international school setting.

Responsibilities

• Define the overarching academic vision and strategic roadmap for the English Stream.
• Architect and rollout the EIS curriculum into Middle and High School.
• Lead accreditation, authorisation, certification, and QA processes for the EIS.
• Manage the EIS budget, resources, enrolment growth, and long-term viability.
• Act as strategic spokesperson for the EIS during Open Houses and meetings.
