Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• PGCE, QTS, or an internationally recognized teaching qualification.
• 5–7 years of school leadership experience.
• Experience in international schools and with diverse learners.
• Experience leading curriculum delivery across EN, IB, GCSE, BTEC and ADAN.
• Experience with accreditation and inspection processes.
• Track record of leading professional development of teachers.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to drive academic excellence and wellbeing.
• Lead and develop Secondary Leadership Team.
• Plan and oversee safeguarding, budgets, and resources.
• Foster community engagement with parents and staff.
• Coordinate school improvement and accreditation processes.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, culturally sensitive environment.
