Job summary

VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a full-time Presales Engineer specializing in virtualization to provide pre-sales support and develop tailored solutions for customers in Singapore.

You will conduct product demonstrations and proofs of concept, translate complex technical concepts for customers, collaborate with the sales team, and stay current with virtualization trends; travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of presales or technical sales experience, preferably in virtualization.
• Strong understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex concepts for customers.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and map to virtualization solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and proofs of concepts.
• Collaborate with sales to develop tailored solutions and provide technical expertise.
• Stay updated with virtualization technologies and industry trends.
• Provide post-sales support and assist with proposals and documentation.
