VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Presales Engineer (System) to join our ICT sales team in Lavender Central. You will provide technical pre-sales support and translate client needs into robust IT system solutions.

You will demonstrate products, run proof-of-concept trials, collaborate with sales on proposals, and assist with post-sales configuration and integration, while keeping up with industry trends and improving pre-sales tools.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role in the ICT industry.
Strong technical aptitude, excellent communication and presentation skills, problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE) would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT system solutions.
Perform technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept trials to showcase product features and capabilities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
Provide post-sales support, including system configuration and integration.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of pre-sales processes and tools.
