Job summary

Dell Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Presales Systems Engineer to drive AI, cloud, infrastructure, and modern workload solutions. You will partner with sales and cross-functional teams to understand customer outcomes, design Dell solutions, and win strategic opportunities.

As a trusted advisor, you will shape technology roadmaps, support discovery, prepare demos, and maintain labs for repeatable demonstrations, with opportunities to grow into senior associate roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years’ relevant presales/systems engineering experience.
• Experience in matrixed multinational organizations with virtual teams.
• Certifications such as VMware, Microsoft, Red Hat, AWS/Azure/GCP, Cisco, or Dell Technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with IT leadership and architects to understand priorities and workload requirements across Singapore accounts.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution narratives tailored to audiences (business, technical, executive).
• Design end-to-end architectures leveraging Dell’s portfolio (AI, servers, storage, data protection, networking, multicloud, etc.).
• Partner with Account Executives and DCSEs to build winning strategies for key pursuits and competitive take-outs.
• Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses: solution design, architecture descriptions, sizing, and compliance matrices.
• Act as a SME in core infrastructure and at least one specialty area (e.g., storage, data protection, virtualization/cloud, AI/analytics).

• Experience working in amatrixed, multinational organizationwith virtual teams.

Bachelor’s degree incomputer science, Information Technology, Engineering,or related discipline (or equivalent relevant experience).

Relevant technical certifications preferred (e.g.,VMware, Microsoft, Red Hat, AWS/Azure/GCP, Cisco, Dell Technologies).

Deep knowledge of enterprise servers and platforms , enterprise storages & networking concepts

Hands-onexperience withvirtualization and private cloudplatforms & understanding ofhybrid andmulticloudarchitectures, cloud connectivity, workload placement, and migration strategies.
