Job summary

2A ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Club Operations Manager to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional service in a luxury hospitality setting.

You will oversee reservations, events, VIP needs and coordinate across departments, while developing member relationships and guiding a team of managers and frontline staff.

The role requires strong communication, organisational skills and the ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays to meet Club priorities.

Qualifications

• Relevant management experience in private clubs, luxury hospitality, premium restaurants or hotels.
• Strong operations, people-management and member-relations experience.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to Club requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Club operations and conduct operational briefings.
• Review reservations, events, VIP/member requirements and daily priorities.
• Maintain strong floor presence and coordinate restaurants, PDRs and member areas.
• Build professional member relationships and handle feedback and service recovery.
• Lead Assistant Club Managers, Club Executives and frontline Operations employees.
• Allocate manpower, coach employees and support training and performance management.
• Monitor service quality, opening/closing procedures and shift handovers.
• Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Wine, Bar, Membership and Events.
• Support labour-cost, operating-cost, inventory and resource management.
• Ensure operational incidents, maintenance issues and safety concerns are appropriately managed.
