Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Orchard, Singapore seeks a patient services associate to manage VIP listings and visit newly admitted patients while ensuring confidentiality across all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily VIP listing and distribute to HODs and senior management.
• Visit newly admitted patients and ensure patient confidentiality at all times.
• Offer assistance and record feedback received.
• Handle and provide service recovery for potential feedback/complaints.
• Coordinate and conduct maternity webinars; track conversion for webinars.
• Perform triage duties: general enquiries, queue filtering, billing matters, Health Declaration Form completion and escalation when necessary.
