Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring for a front desk / patient services role to be deployed to polyclinics across Singapore. You will handle patient registration, appointment bookings and enquiries, verify details in the system, assist with directions and clinic procedures, and manage queue numbers to coordinate patient flow.

The position is a 3‑month assignment with working hours 5.5 days per week, and compensation of about $11 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work across multiple polyclinics.
• Able to commit to a 3‑month assignment.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patients at registration and reception counters.
• Perform patient registration, appointment booking and enquiries.
• Verify patient particulars and update information in the system.
