You will guide clients through exhibition spaces, sharing heritage and craftsmanship while maintaining confidentiality and a high standard of discretion. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, supporting private appointments, coordinating events, and assisting with salon

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality or high-end customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-presented and confident in luxury environments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and warmly receive clients, ensuring a personalised and seamless experience.
• Guide clients through the salon areas and share brand heritage information.
• Support in preparing and delivering client presentations and private appointments.
• Coordinate and execute events and activities at the salon with high standards.
• Work with fellow ambassadors to ensure smooth floor coverage and service.
• Assist with day-to-day salon operations, including administrative duties.
• Maintain discretion and professionalism with VIP clients and confidentiality.
