Job summary

Milli is seeking energetic hospitality professionals to join the Milli Crew in Singapore's buzzing nightlife scene. You will deliver guest-first service, manage reservations and VIP flow, and help drive revenue through upselling premium experiences.

This role requires a polished, customer-focused persona, strong communication, and willingness to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays. Immediate availability and a can-do attitude are highly valued. Training provided with a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hospitality, nightclub, or premium F&B.
• Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work late nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset preferred.
• Available start immediate is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and attend to arrivals professionally.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table allocations.
• Build and maintain relationships with regular and VIP guests.
• Upsell premium tables, bottle packages, and exclusive experiences.
• Promote events and ensure brand standards are upheld.
