• VIP client management experience or relevant client resources preferred.
• Willing to adapt to entertainment industry hours and shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage store guest reception and ensure high-quality service.
• Develop and maintain relationships with VIPs and high-spending clients.
• Follow up on guest needs to improve satisfaction, repeat visits, and consumption.
• Recommend drinks, packages, and related products to boost beverage sales and customer spending.
• Develop new clients and maintain existing resources to promote long-term consumption.
• Handle feedback and complaints promptly with the store team to upgrade overall service quality.
