Job summary

The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Singapore seeks a professional Driver to provide safe, secure and timely transport for the Ambassador, Deputy Head of Mission, staff and guests, including evenings. Responsibilities include coordinating driver planning via Outlook, arranging airport pickups for VIP visitors, and vehicle maintenance and administration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a diplomatic, VIP, or corporate environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore’s road network and travel regulations.
• First Aid knowledge.
• Advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Ambassador, Deputy Head of Mission, staff and guests safely and punctually, including evenings and irregular hours.
• Coordinate driver planning using Outlook Calendar and manage related administration.
• Facilitate airport pickups for VIP visitors and support official visits.
• Perform general office duties: process invoices, manage postage, and assist with permits and supplies.
