Job summary

Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Singapore seeks a professional Driver to support the Ambassador, Deputy Head of Mission, and guests. The role requires reliable, discreet driving, punctuality, and flexibility for irregular hours, including evenings and some weekends.

You will coordinate with staff, manage transport logistics, and assist with basic office duties when needed. Fluency in English, strong knowledge of Singapore’s road network, and a commitment to confidentiality are

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a driver in diplomatic, VIP, or corporate settings.
• Fluent in English and knowledge of Singapore's road network.
• Strong confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• First Aid knowledge and advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Ambassador, staff and guests; transport to events, often evenings/weekends.
• Manage driver planning in Outlook; assist with airport pickups and vehicle maintenance.
• Perform general office duties: invoices, postage, packing, permits, supplies.
