Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a professional driver to safely transport the Company Director between home, office and external meetings. You will handle airport transfers, support travel logistics, and ensure a clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets safety requirements.

You will perform routine vehicle checks, coordinate servicing, demonstrate punctuality, assist with basic administrative tasks, and be available for weekend and public holiday duties.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive the Company Director between home, office and external meetings.
• Provide airport transfers and support travel logistics.
• Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean (interior and exterior), and meets all safety requirements.
• Perform routine checks on the company vehicle before use.
• Ensure timely vehicle servicing and report any issues promptly.
• Demonstrate strict punctuality in all driving assignments.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks (e.g., document delivery, errands) and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Be available for driving duties on weekends and public holidays when required.
• Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Retrieve and return the vehicle to its designated location at the end of each day.
