• Communicate menu details clearly to guests to enhance their dining choices
• Apply knowledge of food ingredients and cooking methods to answer guest inquiries accurately
• Demonstrate a customer-oriented service attitude to meet guest needs effectively
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards under pressure
• Exhibit attention to detail in all tasks to uphold restaurant quality and presentation
• Adapt to changing situations and think creatively to solve service challenges
