Job summary

Citco is hiring a Vice President Fund Accounting to ensure accurate and timely accounting services for private credit funds, manage client relationships, and lead a team of accounting professionals. You will oversee audits, client SLAs, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global teams, training and development, and delivering high-quality financial reporting to clients across the fund administration spectrum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business related area and/or studying for a professional accounting qualification (i.e. CA, CPA or ACCA or equivalent)
• With 8+ years’ experience in fund administration, accounting or audit with strong experience in private credit
• Strong knowledge of waterfall structures, modelling and calculations
• Experience delivering large-scale business/technology reengineering initiatives in private equity/hedge funds/fund of funds
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Project management skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Copilot
• Proficiency in Investran is desirable (or eFront)
• Mandarin language skills desirable

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison with Clients on matters relating to Fund Accounting services
• Coordinate, manage and monitor external audit processes
• Oversee resource allocation and workflow to meet client SLAs
• Provide technical accounting/industry knowledge to clients
• Collaborate with Client Integration team for onboarding and conversions
• Lead and manage a team of managers and staff; onboard new employees
• Review accounting work, financial statements and investor reports
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards
• Participate in technology automation and process improvement projects
