Job summary

Citco in Singapore is seeking an experienced Fund Administrator to manage administration for Real Estate funds, under supervision of the VP and a small accounting team.

You will maintain books and records, calculate NAVs, prepare financial statements, coordinate capital calls and distributions, and liaise with investors and auditors. The role requires IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, strong communication and supervisory skills, and a client‑facing mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional qualification in progress (CA/CPA/ACCA) preferred.
• 4+ years of accounting experience in financial services, Real Estate, Asset Management or Fund Administration.
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Experience reviewing general ledger and financial statements.
• Supervisory experience with 3+ years.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Administer Administration Agreements for a portfolio of Real Estate funds under supervision.
• Maintain books and records and calculate fund NAVs.
• Coordinate and review financial statements, reports and investor allocations.
• Coordinate capital calls, distributions and capital account statements.
• Supervise junior staff and sign off on work.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and respond to investor queries.
• Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements and assist audits.
• Participate in client presentations and business expansion projects.
