Job summary

Sumitomo Group in Singapore seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to engage APAC business units, elicit and document complex requirements, and translate them into actionable service designs across the digital workplace. You will lead UX-focused design workshops, coordinate UAT, and drive adoption through structured change programs.

The role requires 8+ years in business analysis, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Professional certifications (CBAP/CCBA/IIBA, PMI-PBA, Prosci/change management or ITIL) advantageous.
• 8+ years in business analysis, engagement, and digital workplace/adoption.

Responsibilities

• Engage APAC business units to understand needs and objectives.
• Elicit and document requirements; translate into actionable items.
• Produce BRDs, user stories, use cases, and process maps.
• Conduct current/future-state and gap analyses; quantify benefits for prioritisation.
• Partner with EUS delivery planning to manage demand by value, risk, and regulatory drivers.
• Translate requirements into practical service designs for endpoints, collaboration, and digital workplace.
• Facilitate design workshops, validate options, and coordinate UAT from UX perspective.
• Capture UX data and translate into concrete improvements; drive adoption.
• Lead internal comms strategy for major IT initiatives; design user-centric campaigns.
• Maintain comms calendar; ensure governance and compliant communications.
• Own Modern Workspace portal content; drive end-user adoption programs (Copilot onboarding, clinics).
• Coordinate training sessions and onboarding to accelerate productivity for new joiners.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across APAC; prepare updates for CIO/leadership.
• Track metrics (engagement, adoption, satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment with IT governance, risk, and regulatory standards (MAS TRM, security).
• Contribute to knowledge templates and playbooks for scale and reuse.
