Job summary

Gaia Veterinary Centre in Singapore invites a receptionist to join our friendly, patient-focused team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, manage enquiries, and support daily clinic operations with calm professionalism.

Experience at front desk is preferred. You should communicate clearly in writing and speak with empathy, handling high-stress situations while maintaining excellent service to pets and their owners.

Qualifications

• Must have front desk experience and good communication skills.
• Ability to respond to emails and social media enquiries in written English.
• Demonstrated empathy and composure in high-stress situations.

• Excellent time management in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Receptionists (Experience preferred)

Ideally armed with previous front desk experience. Applications must have a calm and polite demeanour with excellent communication skills.
