Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or veterinary settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional client care.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail to manage clinic tasks effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
• Genuine passion for animal welfare and commitment to supporting the veterinary team.
