You will manage front-desk activities, handle inquiries, organise appointments, and assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations every day.

The Eye Specialist for Animals is seeking a receptionist to join us at our veterinary practice in the East of Singapore.We are a specialist practice with 1 board-certified veterinary eye specialist supported by a close-knit team of experienced nurses.

You’ll be required and not limited to:

1. Providing a professional and customer focused service to all clients
2. Fulfilling general administrative activities such as registration, directing clients, handling cash and card payments
3. Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages
4. Organise and schedule appointments
5. Daily balancing of cash receipts during opening and closing
6. Request patient summaries from referring clinics and attach them to the relevant patient file.

Requirements:

• Administrative support-related tasks or help desk experience is advantageous
• Background with animals or clinical setting preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people skills
• Possess a meticulous, proactive, and initiative attitude
