Job summary

SINGAPORE VETERINARY HEALTH PTE. LTD. seeks a Practice Manager (Clinic Operations & Services) in Singapore to oversee daily clinic operations, patient care quality, and client service.

The role partners with Lead Veterinarian and Field Leadership to drive productivity, engagement and brand standards across the clinic. Responsibilities include supervising paraprofessionals, planning budgets, scheduling, developing staff PDPs, and ensuring compliance with local laws and internal policies while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline is preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.)
• Clinic experience and/or previous experience as a Practice Manager in veterinary medicine or human healthcare preferred.
• Independent, self-motivated and able to meet tight timelines.
• Attention to details and accuracy with strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to handle multi-tasks and respond effectively to ad-hoc requests.
• Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise paraprofessionals in the clinic to ensure high-quality care and service.
• Oversee clinic operations, scheduling and staffing to meet client needs and guidelines.
• Develop annual plans, budgeting and productivity targets for the clinic.
• Partner with Field Leadership to execute objectives and market strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and Singapore laws.
• Promote outstanding client service and continuous improvement across the team.
• Provide leadership and development plans for staff through PDPs and coaching.
• Communicate effectively with associates, clients and regional support teams.
