SINSTAR LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Operations Officer to support shipping agency activities, including vessel formalities, cargo documentation, and regulatory compliance with MPA rules.

You will coordinate harbor tugs, pilotage bookings, crew arrangements, and immigration clearance for port calls. The role requires attention to detail, English proficiency, and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in the Marine Agency.
• Must be willing to take calls after office hours.
• Good command in written and spoken English.
• Ability to communicate with all level of the organization.

Aufgaben

• Assist in vessels arrival and departure formalities.
• Handle cargo documentation, invoices and shipments.
• Familiarized with MPA's latest governing rules & regulations for anchorages, vessel movements, restrictions etc. within Singapore waters
• Arrangement of harbor tugs, booking of PSA pilotage via system, arrangement of crew for port & immigration clearance, declaration of vessel's arrival via MPA's Marinet and etc.
• Oversee MPA applications on Marinet Portal
