Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Vessel/Port Operations coordinator in Singapore to manage vessel schedules, port formalities, and related documentation. You will liaise with shipowners, terminals, and service providers to ensure smooth port calls and timely payments.

Responsibilities include coordinating arrivals/departures, preparing port disbursement accounts, and supporting crew changes while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience in port/ship agency operations.
• Proficiency in vessel scheduling and documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with shipowners and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vessels, terminals, suppliers, and service providers on vessel schedules.
• Manage vessel arrivals, departures, and port formalities, including tug/pilot arrangements and crew-related matters.
• Submit required documentation to the Port Authority and other relevant regulatory bodies.
• Arrange and supervise the supply and delivery of ship spares, stores, provisions, and services.
• Monitor vessel ETAs and track vessel movements while in port.
• Handle vessel and cargo documentation.
• Assist with crew operations, documentation, and crew change coordination.
• Prepare and submit estimated and final port disbursement accounts to owners.
• Liaise with shipowners and principals regarding agency appointments, SOA updates, and payments.
• Provide operational support to the immediate supervisor and perform additional duties as assigned

• Salary : $3000-$3800 (Depends on exp)

• Working Days:5-day work week (9.00am to 6.00pm)

• Location :PAYA LEBAR ROAD
