Talent-Merge is seeking a skilled marine insurance administrator to oversee vessel registrations across international flag registries, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations. You will handle registrations, ownership transfers, deregistrations, and related documentation for a diverse fleet.

The role requires at least 4 years in marine insurance administration or claims management within maritime environments, with strong knowledge of BIMCO SHIPMAN agreements and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in marine insurance administration or claims management.
• Solid knowledge of international ship registries and BIMCO SHIPMAN.
• Familiarity with COFR, ICB and other regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee vessel registrations across international flag registries to ensure compliance.
• Facilitate vessel ownership transfers, deregistrations, mortgages and bareboat charters.
• Administer marine insurance policies (H&M, P&I, FD&D) and handle claims processes.
• Coordinate with insurers, brokers and stakeholders for timely settlements.
• Support regulatory compliance initiatives and maritime environmental obligations.
