Qualifications

• Experience in venue hire or events coordination.
• Strong client communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with safety, licensing in Singapore.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage venue hire enquiries from first contact to post-event close-out.
• Prepare venue hire agreements and event briefs; route non-standard terms for approval.
• Maintain venue calendar and coordinate site visits, load-in/out and technical requirements.
• Oversee on-site delivery, guest experience, and incident reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Creative, Brand and PMO for promotions and scheduling.
