AICONIC VENTURES is seeking a Venture Capital Associate to join our Singapore team, participating in the entire investment process from deal screening to portfolio management.

You will conduct market/technology research, support portfolio companies post-investment, and identify trends in AI, semiconductor, robotics and deep tech while building relationships with founders and investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in tech companies or AI/Deep Tech research.
• Demonstrated interest in deep tech, AI, and semiconductor technologies.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of term sheets and deal structures (not required).
• Intellectually curious and eager to learn.
• Team player who thrives in collaborative environments.

Responsabilités

• Execute the full investment process, from deal screening to investment presentation.
• Conduct market and technology research in target sectors.
• Support portfolio companies after investment.
• Identify emerging trends in AI, Semiconductor, Robotics, and Deep Tech.
• Build relationships with founders, investors, and industry experts.
• Represent the firm at tech events and conferences.
