QUDA Capital Partners is seeking an Investment Associate/Senior Associate to join our deal team in Asia. You will work across the full investment lifecycle from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to executing transactions and supporting portfolio companies.

This is a high-ownership role with direct exposure to partners, founders and co‑investors. It suits someone who wants to build a career at the intersection of private equity and AI in Asia.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in private equity, VC, investment banking, management consulting, corporate development or equity research.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with ability to build models from scratch.
• Proven experience conducting rigorous research and due diligence.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Mandarin/other languages valued.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Lead or support due diligence with external advisors.
• Research AI trends and regulatory developments in Asia.
• Prepare investment memos and IC presentations.
• Source and screen opportunities through networks and events.
• Support deal execution, including term sheets and closing.
• Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to reporting.
