QUDA Capital Partners in Singapore is seeking a Senior Investment Associate to join a small, entrepreneurial team. You will cover the investment lifecycle from sourcing opportunities to supporting portfolio companies, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven technology investments.

You’ll build detailed financial models, lead or support due diligence, prepare memos for the Investment Committee, and contribute to fundraising and reporting. A 5–10 year PE/VC background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in private equity, venture capital, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience in conducting thorough research and due diligence.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, especially to senior audiences.
• Genuine interest in technology and AI.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related fields; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or other regional languages is a bonus.

Responsabilités
