Job summary

CLEANING CONCEPT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Operations Executive to oversee the performance of vendors across all worksites and act as the vital link between the Operations team and vendors.

You will ensure cleaning services align with contractual requirements, SLAs, KPIs, and SOPs while driving ongoing improvements throughout the contract period. Qualifications

• Experience in operations, facilities management, cleaning services or vendor management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and worksites.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle operational issues and follow through on corrective actions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day performance of all appointed vendors across assigned outlets.
• Monitor vendors' attendance, manpower deployment, replacement arrangements and overall workforce stability.
• Track vendor performance against SLA and KPI requirements.
• Conduct regular outlet inspections to verify cleaning standards and service quality.
• Ensure cleaning works are carried out according to the Scope of Work and site requirements.
• Attend to feedback and service complaints from outlet managers or stakeholders.
• Investigate complaints and coordinate with vendors for timely corrective action.
• Prepare and maintain monthly vendor performance reports, outlet inspection reports, cleaning audit results and KPI scorecards.
• Support mobilisation and takeover of new outlets, coordinating with vendors and conducting pre-opening visits.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, productivity and processes.
