Job summary

HCH CLEANING SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Operation Supervisor to oversee daily site operations. You will drive to cleaning sites, assist with equipment logistics, and ensure routes and schedules are followed.

The role involves hands-on cleaning duties when needed, site inspections, and handling customer feedback. You will also manage day-to-day scheduling for replacements and maintain clear communication with clients and team.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (van driving).
• At least 2 years of driving experience (delivery or service work).
• Physically able to lift and carry cleaning equipment.
• Can read and write in English (logs, reports, instructions).
• Willing to work early mornings, weekends or public holidays when needed.
• Clean driving record.
• Clear communication with site customers.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Manage day-to-day site office scheduling for replacement absence.

Responsibilities

• Drive to cleaning sites daily.
• Assist with unloading/loading of cleaning equipment, supplies, and tools.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules on time.
• Participate in daily cleaning duties when necessary.
• Visit site offices for inspections.
• Handle site customer feedback.
