Job summary

NIVEDHA MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Cleaning Operations Supervisor to lead daily cleaning activities across client sites in Singapore. You will supervise cleaning staff, deploy manpower, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

The role requires coordinating with the Operations Manager, conducting inspections, and maintaining client relations while striving for high service quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of cleaning staff across assigned sites.
• Prepare staff deployment, duty schedules and manpower arrangements.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and work performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards and client requirements are met.
• Allocate cleaning tasks and provide instructions to cleaning staff.
• Train and guide staff on proper cleaning procedures, equipment usage and workplace safety.
• Monitor the proper use, storage and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Maintain records of attendance, site inspections, cleaning schedules and operational reports.
• Handle operational issues and coordinate with the Operations Manager for solutions.
• Communicate with clients regarding cleaning schedules, service requirements and operational matters.
• Investigate and follow up on client complaints and service-quality issues.
• Ensure staff follow company SOPs, workplace safety procedures and site-specific requirements.
• Monitor manpower requirements and recommend additional resources when necessary.
• Coordinate staff replacement and deployment in cases of absence or emergency.
• Assist management in implementing new cleaning contracts and site mobilisation.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and operational briefings where required.
• Monitor productivity and recommend improvements to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports for management.
• Perform other reasonable operational duties assigned by management.
