Responsibilities

• Manage vendor onboarding and vendor master data maintenance across systems.
• Develop and monitor vendor performance scorecards and reports.
• Prepare regular supplier performance analyses and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Maintain the Vendor Compliance Manual and support audits.
• Review and approve purchase orders per policy and authorization limits.
• Coordinate with finance, logistics and business teams to ensure smooth supplier operations.
