is seeking a detail-driven professional to manage vendor onboarding and maintain vendor master data, supporting end-to-end supply chain optimization and ensuring data integrity, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The role will involve coordinating with finance, logistics, and business teams to drive continuous improvement, develop performance scorecards, and deliver actionable insights through regular reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of vendor management, procurement operations, supply chain, or related functions.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, JDE, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Vendor onboarding and master data management in ERP systems and relevant platforms.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data including company information, certifications, banking details, and contacts.
• Validate vendor documentation and activation readiness before onboarding.
• Develop and monitor vendor performance scorecards and generate periodic reports.
• Support supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze supplier performance data and prepare regular management reports and dashboards with actionable insights.
• Maintain and update the Vendor Compliance Manual; assist audits related to vendor compliance.
• Review and approve purchase orders per company policies and authorization limits.
• Coordinate with finance, logistics, and business teams to ensure smooth supplier operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and efficiency.
