Job summary

Michael Page Singapore is recruiting on behalf of a leading international financial services client in Singapore for a Vendor Management & Governance Manager. You will support transformation across procurement operations, third‑party governance, and resilience risk management.

You will partner with procurement, vendor management, risk and business stakeholders to improve supplier onboarding, contract governance, and data quality, while developing dashboards and MI packs to drive insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement operations, third-party management, supplier governance, or vendor management.
• Experience supporting procurement transformation or regulatory remediation programmes.
• Strong understanding of supplier lifecycle and governance controls.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to build dashboards.
• Experience with Qlik Sense or similar data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of procurement and third-party management transformation initiatives.
• Manage supplier and contract data across governance systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve onboarding and contract governance.
• Monitor supplier data and performance metrics to identify trends and gaps.
• Develop management reporting and MI packs using Qlik Sense.
• Review supplier records, contracts, and governance documentation for regulatory needs.
• Investigate and resolve issues in supplier governance and procurement processes.
• Support change initiatives including data remediation and training.
