Qualifications

• Experience in Third Party Management, Vendor Risk Management, or related risk disciplines.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk controls and resilience practices.
• Proficiency with data visualisation and dashboards (Qlik Sense or similar).
• Experience in banking or highly regulated industries is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of third-party arrangements and contracts.
• Monitor contract status, investigate discrepancies and enforce governance controls.
• Analyze supplier performance trends and prepare management reporting and dashboards.
• Collaborate with risk and resilience teams to strengthen control environment.
• Conduct QA reviews, audits, and regulatory reporting to ensure compliance.
• Provide user support and guidance on third-party due diligence platforms.
• Support change management, policy implementation, and transformation projects.
