Michael Page Singapore is recruiting for a Senior Governance professional to support Board and Committee governance activities within a major financial services institution in Singapore. Reporting to the Company Secretary, you will ensure compliance with statutory duties, coordinate meetings, and guide governance improvements.

The role focuses on regulatory changes, risk management, and liaising with regulators, internal stakeholders, and external advisers.

Qualifications

• Qualified Lawyer or Chartered Secretary with governance experience.
• Experience supporting Boards and Committees in a regulated environment.
• Exposure to financial services, banking or insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide board and committee governance support and minutes.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact.
• Coordinate board meetings including agendas and papers.
• Liaise with regulators and external advisers on governance matters.
• Maintain regulatory filings and governance documentation.
