Job summary

X Food Technologies Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a skilled Technician to service vending machines across our network. You will perform inspections, maintenance and repairs, with training provided.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service, and the flexibility to work relief and midnight shifts as needed. A Class 2 and Class 3 driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have Class 2 and Class 3 driving licenses; vehicle provided.
• Proven experience as a vending machine technician or similar maintenance role.
• Strong technical skills to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Excellent customer service and ability to liaise with business customers.
• Hands-on, proactive problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Familiar with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Willing to do relief shifts and midnight shifts as delivery driver when needed.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance and repairs on vending machines to identify and resolve any issues
• Restock and replenish vending machine supplies
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with vending machines promptly
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and machine performance
• Collaborate with the wider operations team to ensure vending machines are operating efficiently across our Singapore network
• Recommend improvements to vending machine functionality and user experience
