Job summary

X Food Technologies Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled service technician to repair, maintain, and install vending machines and beverage dispensers across client sites in Singapore. You will respond to dispatch calls, troubleshoot issues, and ensure machines operate reliably.

Role requires hands-on experience (2–3 years), familiarity with cash and cashless payments, and the ability to travel to accounts. A Class 3 driving license is preferred for on-site installations and relocations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in vending machine servicing, repair, and maintenance.
• Proven track record in troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues.
• Experience in handling both cash and cashless payment systems.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock rotation practices.
• Class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and install vending machines and beverage dispensers.
• Respond to dispatch calls for machine repairs.
• Attend service calls during normal hours and on standby rosters.
• Inspect and troubleshoot machines to locate malfunctions and complete repairs.
• Connect water pipes and electrical wires in compliance with codes.
• Conduct routine maintenance and clean machine parts.
• Submit service sheets and refurbishments for completed calls.
• Maintain inventory and order parts; transport machines for service or installation.
• Prepare machines for installation and assist in installations/removals.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and on-site hygiene.
