Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, or automated equipment servicing; prior vending machine or kiosk experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine diagnostics and preventive maintenance on vending machines.
• Troubleshoot and replace electrical components, control boards, wiring harnesses, and mechanical parts to restore machine functionality.
• Conduct new machine setup, testing, firmware/software updates, and configuration before deployment to guarantee readiness.
• Respond promptly to technical fault reports to minimize machine downtime and maintain service reliability.
• Maintain clear and accurate logs of maintenance activities, parts replacement, and servicing history for record-keeping and analysis.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix issues independently without daily supervision.
• Handle physical tasks such as loading, moving equipment parts, and conducting site inspections safely and efficiently.
