Job summary

CarTimes Automobile Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Business Manager to support the Head of Sales in overseeing daily operations, driving performance, and aligning activities across Sales, Finance, Aftersales, Marketing, and Branch Operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of management experience within automotive, dealership, or retail
• Strong understanding of dealership operations, sales management, financial performance, and customer experience
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people development skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action

Responsibilities

• Lead branch daily operations across Sales, Service, and Administration
• Act as delegate for Head of Sales during absences and ensure business continuity
• Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs and optimizing lead conversion
• Prepare daily P&L dashboards and provide operational insights
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to implement strategic initiatives
• Mentor Branch Managers and Sales Leaders to enhance leadership capabilities
• Coordinate with distributors on pricing, promotions, and financing packages
• Oversee inventory and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
