Job summary

CAR TIMES AUTOMOBILE PTE LTD is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive commercial vehicle sales and oversee end-to-end processes from deal coordination to delivery.

You will engage business owners, generate leads, and build strong client relationships while coordinating with internal teams for quotations, documentation, and CRM updates. A diploma or equivalent, with a valid Class 3 license, is preferred for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Engage business owners and actively look for sales opportunities.
• Generate leads through various channels and existing leads platforms to sell commercial vehicles.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle solutions.
• Assist in preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and following up on sales opportunities.
• Manage sales documentation and updating CRM with accurate customer information.
• Follow up on outstanding documentation and requirements to ensure timely completion.
• Share market feedback and customer insights with the team to support business and marketing initiatives.
• Support promotional campaigns and other business development activities, events and dealership.
