Job summary

GRIFFIN HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is hiring a Vehicle Operations Coordinator to manage scheduling, documentation, and handover processes at our MacPherson office in Singapore.

The role requires coordinating technicians and contractors, handling job cards, invoices, warranty claims, purchase orders and GRNs, and ensuring new vehicles meet delivery standards. Candidates with a valid Class 3 license and PDI experience will be preferred; only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.

Qualifications

• NTC 2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year relevant PDI experience.
• Possessing a valid Class 3 driving license is a must.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all operations, scheduling, and vehicle handover support.
• Handle all documentation including job cards, invoices, warranty claims, purchase orders and GRN.
• Assign, monitor and quality-check work done by technicians and contractors.
• Liaise with contractors and sales team, follow up on outstanding tasks, and ensure new vehicles meet delivery standards.
