• Coordinate vehicle availability, handover, return, inspection, and servicing schedules with the operations team to optimize fleet utilization
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, lead status, contracts, and sales activities in the company system for effective tracking
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage renewals, referrals, and repeat business
