Qualifications

• Proven 1–3 years in a sales role, preferably car rental or related services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships at all levels.
• Results-driven with ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
• Excellent organisational and time management for multiple accounts.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin/Malay/Tamil advantageous for regional clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities with corporate and individual clients.
• Respond to inquiries and explain car rental services, packages, and pricing.
• Present tailored rental solutions to meet client needs.
• Prepare quotations and proposals with accuracy and professionalism.
• Follow up on leads to progress opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Support the team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs.
• Liaise with operations for smooth onboarding and timely delivery.
• Attend industry events to promote services and build relationships.
