Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience in processing, analysing and visualising large datasets.
• Familiarity with Python, R, ArcGIS or Power BI would be advantageous.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Curious and adaptable, with interest in automation, AI and new technologies.
• Background in public health, epidemiology, statistics, data analytics, GIS or related discipline would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess vector trends using surveillance, inspection, public feedback, enforcement and other data.
• Develop surveillance and analytical products such as reports, dashboards and maps.
• Apply geospatial and quantitative analysis to identify spatial patterns, risks and drivers.
• Strengthen surveillance methods by developing indicators, clustering and risk-scoring; use automation and AI to improve productivity.
• Translate insights into action by collaborating with operational and technical stakeholders to address needs.
