Job summary

NEA National Environment Agency in Singapore seeks a motivated professional to join the Operations Control and Planning Branch within the Vector Control Operations Division. You will manage operational projects from planning to implementation and explore automation and digital tools to streamline workflows in vector control operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review vector control strategies and programmes, including operational workflows and processes.
• Support programme implementation by working with NEA Regional Offices and stakeholders, including site visits.
• Plan and manage projects from conceptualisation to implementation, including requirements, timelines, procurement and contracts, budget tracking and contractor performance.
• Improve operational efficiency by streamlining workflows and adopting Excel, AI and digital solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations through reports, proposals, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
