Job summary

The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore is seeking a data analytics professional for the Vector Control Operations Division to monitor vector trends and translate findings into actionable insights for operations.

You will develop dashboards, reports and maps using geospatial and statistical methods, and apply automation and AI-enabled approaches to improve early detection and productivity across vector-control activities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience processing, analysing and visualising large datasets.
• Familiarity with Python, R, ArcGIS or Power BI.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Curious and adaptable, with interest in automation and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess vector trends using surveillance, inspection, public feedback, enforcement, and other data.
• Develop surveillance and analytical products such as reports, dashboards, and maps to support situational awareness and operations.
• Apply geospatial and quantitative analysis to identify spatial patterns, risks and drivers, and support prioritisation and targeting of interventions.
• Translate insights into action by working with operational and technical stakeholders to address business needs and turn analytical findings into practical recommendations.
