Job summary

National Environment Agency (NEA) is seeking a motivated professional to join the Operations Control and Planning Branch in Singapore. You will plan, implement, and optimise vector control operations, exploring automation, digital tools and new technologies to streamline workflows.

You will develop control strategies, coordinate with NEA regional offices and stakeholders, manage projects from concept to completion, and improve efficiency through automation and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Organised and able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to learn new skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interested in applying technology and automation to improve processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AI tools familiarity is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willing to conduct site visits and work outside regular hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review vector control strategies and programmes, including workflows and processes.
• Support programme implementation with NEA Regional Offices and stakeholders, including site visits.
• Plan and manage projects from concept to implementation, including requirements, timelines and budgets.
• Improve efficiency by streamlining workflows and exploring Excel, AI, and digital tools.
• Communicate findings through reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.
